Man, I don't know if that line (and its variants) will ever get old for me.  But in Neil's defense, he is always leading from the front, and he isn't asking the redshirts to do anything that he isn't willing to do himself.  In both SAN situations, he's been the first one through the door.

Also:

"Scottarius, in the interests of copyright infringement, I'm going to have to ask you to refer to it as a "teleportarium.""

I think it was a great success and will make for a great episode.  Thanks again to Tadanori for running this.  I know it took a lot of time to put together the upgrades for everyone and the adventures.  It is very appreciated I assure you.  Thanks to Sean for reprising the role of Dominik and Dawnsteel for taking up arms as Lorayne.  It felt good to have a badass bodyguard.  Maybe Dominik won't screw around at the helm next time, bastard.  Can anyone tell I had a hell of a lot of fun?

It's going to be a LOOOOOOONG month waiting to play again.

I REALLY have to stop running in first and start utilizing my captain's authority.  But it's just so much fun to say screw it, let's get 'em.

I like to play it like Ash.  Not afraid to confront hideous evil to get the glory and the girl. Gimme some sugar baby.  Maybe not Karen though.  Sarvus is an eye man.

I got to thinking, Neil.  Did you ever use your 10% bonus skill thingy?

My new character build didn't have that because it isn't in the core rulebook.  The pregens are really weird, overpowered, and have things not in the book.  You guys had MUCH better stats than me because the pregens start with almost 125 bonus points to their core stats.  An average character will have a little less than 100.  I still did okay though, so I'm not worried.

I agree with everything else you said; but the ability I mentioned (Exceptional Leader) is in the book, on page 72.  It looks like every career path gets a feat at no additional XP cost.  (This is where the Void Master's piloting re-rolls come from, too.)

I'll have to look into that when I get home. The rulebook needs to be better organized.

He's right. There's one page, hidden right at the end of the character class section, just before skills, that lists all of the special powers each class gets.

I had alot of fun getting to do some variant voices. The characters suppressing their groans and sighs whenever Illian and Gearus spoke was endless entertaining for me, especially when those particular NPCs started arguing.

I really liked Gearus.  I vote we bring him everywhere.

I thought Illian was awesome too. I vote if anyone plays him they have to do the voice. And Gearus definitely gets to come with us.

So, I figure there's no reason not to start planning the next session of the game now. That way we'll have that much more time to get ready and make sure people line up.

What I'd like to do first is hear what the veterans want to do with the game as it stands now. Like last time we'll be advancing a few months of gametime and moving you up the rank tables (eventually we'll stop jumping whole ranks but until we reach 'middle levels' I'm going to move everybody quite fast).

You also need to consider the new project your Dynasty is undertaking. Since that is a complex affair I am happy to annouce a new and daring plan for the game: The Rogue Trader Between Games Thread!

Basically I'm going to make a thread here, on these forums, for use as a place to make In-Character choices regarding your characters, the ship, your acquisitions, and the coloney project.

Anybody have any objections to have an IC character posting thread to deal with the 'dull' stuff between adventures?

Since we've used these forums thus far and NerdBound has yet to create them, I'm game. Plus it'll put Ross one step closer to RPG internet domination. That's probably overstating it. Bring on the boring stuff!
