So somewhat more on topic and out of personal curiosity (and I'm not exactly sure how to state this in a grammatically correct fashion, but anyway), what quantity of dice do you own?  I'm not necessarily looking for a straight number, but maybe something like this, I have:

3 sets (7 dice, d4, d6, d8, d10, d%, d12, d20)
5-6 additional d6s
1 Pound of assorted dice (Chessex's Pound 'o Dice)

I probably have a pound to two pounds of dice.

3 personal sets of player use D&D Dice, most of which are double sets or higher (two of everything with some dice, like d20s and d6s, in fours).

1 set of GM D&D Dice with four of every dice kind needed.

5 personal sized bags of White Wolf matched dice (10 d10s each bag).

2 boxes of 12 d6s for dice pool based d6 games (Shadowrun mainly).

About 30 assorted d10s bought as individuals a few at a time.

A mixed collection of D&D dice kept on hand for players without their own. Enough for three or four full sets of D&D dice with lots of spares.

Space: 00 (it's my house, when the wife lets me have it)
Stuff: 00000 (seriously - I need friends to help transport it - I can't actually take it all anywhere at one time)

Dice: Bone, Jade, a 4 lb D6 (5" cube of plastic), a couple of sets of standard dice, a bunch of d6, specific Mage, Aberrant, Hunter d10s, other d10 sets, and I got rid of about 50 random dice last year that were just taking up space - it may seem wrong to throw away dice, but it is what they were made for - this time it was just the final roll.

Man, I want a $300 die (although it would probably be just to say I have a $300 die).

Ross, the Zombies of the World poster looks pretty awesome...

Years ago (when I was much younger) some friends and I played a game concept that I am certain EVERYONE has done at one point or another... Basically, it was us in the system. Basic story involved some cosmic rift and we were hurled into this world in whatever form best suited each of us we voted on what each other would be (by the way... everyone was voted human except one guy voted a dwarf... he never heard the end of it)

Anyway, I say that to say this... In the game, someone used his d4's as caltrops. When someone contested this, he proceeded to dump out all his dice (which rivaled Tadanori's collection that he listed) and collected all the d4's into one pile on the floor. He then proceeded to dare anyone who said it wouldn't work to step on them. After the first guy did it, we all let it slide.

Speaking of d4s. To all members of the RPPR crew, especially Ross the collector of lost dice, I'm missing one of my d4s. It's nearly translucent with some sparkly flakes in the interior of the dice to reflect light and the numbers on it are black.
