Granted, Before you can get to the real meat of the problem you must fill out Forum 7011b(3) in triplicate and then Fax a copy of your Mothers best friend from high schools ex-husbands college dorm mates Guamanian Citizenship papers to the French Embassy.

If aformention Mothers High School Best Friends Ex-Husbands College Dorm Mate is not in fact a citizen of Guam then instead you will fill out Forum 7011c(2) along with a copy of Esquire magazine and a bottle of 3/4 empty Clorox bleach to the Japanese Embassy.

I wish that bodily functions sounded like their owners saying the name of the function (e.g. the sound of a fart would be you saying fart).
