So this is a thing now...

http://www.twitch.tv/twitchplaysdark

From the thousands of people who brought us the cult of Helix, comes an even more complex game play-through at glacial speeds! The internet never fails to... impress?

Several hours deep into Witcher 3. Loving it. Best Witcher game so far for sure. The plot threads through side stories are god damn nuts!

So just found out that they are finally releasing an English language Witcher table top game. It's not the same one as exists in Poland, it's a new game based on the same Fuzion engine that the new Cyberpunk stuff uses.

Now that I've finally settled from my move from Oklahoma to Seattle, I'm finally getting back to normal life.

Which is to say I've marathoned Witcher 3 (So much fun. Now that there's a new game plus and since I probably won't buy anything else until Fallout 4, I'll probably play through it again on Hard and run around doing sidequests), I really suck at Bloodborne (some Let's Players on YouTube make it look easy, but man is it infuriatingly hard), and I'm playing Destiny (I'm trying to finish my Moments of Triumph before the start of year two next week) a whole lot.

Been playing a lot of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.

There's a base and emblem creator in the game, and I saw the perfect opportunity to add my favorite government conspiracy to the mix.  ;)

I could've made it completely green, but I like this style a bit more.

What is not to love about German versions of Beatle's songs?

Speaking of Delta Green, my wallet has a sense of dread in regards to the kickstarter.

I thought I had left gaming PCs years ago when I moved to a macbook and most of my gaming has been the PS3 but recently I built what I am calling my mid life crisis PC. It is not crazy from the point of view of what one can build into a gaming PCs but I spent more than I should and my indulgent wife has not asked too many pointed questions about it. Anyway because of this I have started down the dark road of Steam. Mostly with more recognizable titles but that is how it begins.

Darkest Dungeon
Civ 5
Witcher 3

I don't have the nerve to try the Witcher.  I'm afraid my marriage and career might take a backseat.

What's the ETA on the DG kickstarter? I know I'm going to splurge on some ridiculous high-end pledge level already.

It is suppose to be September some time but the Arc Dream folks are not Pelgrane so I expect some possible wiggle in that schedule. They still have three weeks and for all I know it could have gone live even as we speak.

P.S. - I am quite fond of the Arc Dream folks so no disrespect intended.
