What Vidja games are you playing?

Wish I could be playing Fallout 4. Needing to save money (both to move out and for Christmas presents) means I'm waiting, combined with the frustrating but true point that if I wait a year, I can get it and all DLC in a GOTY edition for $20ish.

Honestly, I've been a little down in the dumps, but was able to reverse it by playing games from the Katamari Damacy series. Hard to be depressed with those crazy games. (Well, except the PSP version. One stick means SHIT controls.)

Been playing Destiny too. The gameplay is fun, but I feel like the story and the character personalities are so shallow to the point of being almost nonexistent. Oh well, I guess I'll just go shoot some more robot-bugs.

My multi-generational plan to become King of Ireland worked out, but the subsequent crusades against the Muslims in Spain have gone poorly. Leinster is now under Moorish domination.

The Steam Winter Sale is live.  Just picked up Season 2 of The Last Door.  Probably going to break down and get the Witcher III.

Lot of stuff on my 3DS; one of my Christmas presents to myself was to repurchase Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin (the collector's edition, no less), so I've been playing through it and am about half way through. Playing on the portable also had me play some rounds of Tetris DS and to tend to my long neglected town in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. If anyone would like to visit my humble town I could drop a friend code.

Oh yes, I know that feeling. Successfully resisted long enough for the Steam Winter sale. Bought Endless Legend. This is not better – now there's RPG in my Civ V.

So far I've picked up Road to Redemption (think old school Road Rash), Witcher 3, Blues & Bullets, Her Story, The Last Door Season 2, and Silence of the Sleep.

Thanks to the ol' Steam sale, I picked up two games I've been wanting for a while: Suness Sea, and The Vanishing of Ethan Carter.

Sunless Sea is fun, creepy and funny at the same time. It's a little "lovecraftian," but strictly in the Dreamlands sense. So more Dunsanian? But also steampunk.

The Vanishing of Ethan Carter apparently requires more video memory than I possess.
