I'm from Alaska. About Fifty miles south of Ankorage there's a little fishing town, maybe you've heard of it, it's called fuck your momma.

When you get stabbed in Dark Sun, it's always with a weapon crafted from the bones of your old character

That's how hardcore Dark Sun is.

You don't toy around with the MacGuffin in Darksun, the MacGuffin toys around with you.

All that remains of civilization is simply a pyramid scheme to supply living fuel to keep Rajaat locked away and the sorcerer-kings (and everyone else really) alive. If he gets out, game over.

When Cthulhu calls, Dark Sun lets its answering machine talk to the bitch.

Your backup PC kills your primary PC because your PC is the easiest experience points available.

In Dark Sun pcs aren't resurrected when they die, they become dinner for the party.

I tried writing a Ross/Cody Slashfic. I really tried. Ross would speak in the Announcer Voice the entire time and Cody would simply say "Whoo!" (as in, the whoop at the beginning of every D&D game). Of course, he would say, "lol :3!" at the end. But, man. That was a test of my endurance, and I failed completely. So... I guess be grateful that I could not twist by considerab(ly average) writing skills to fulfill such a horrific task?
