I am entertained Mr. Ross.

at what? I don't remember which games had which groups and I'm not going to relisten to them before posting.

I've been waiting to see Thad in action. I remember his character being described on the show once awhile ago as a ghost robot and I wanted to see that in action. It's delightful.

I liked the backstory most: "Apparently there's no such thing as a dry run when your dealing with magic. When your working with a grimoire put together by Kinkos a little more caution is a good idea."

All of it.  Just the whole 'under prepared, no idea what we're doing' Justice League.

Question on how you structured character creation, what was the point level?  And did you put limits on how many points could be sunk into stats/skills/hypers/powers?

250 points - standard chargen rules - I don't remember putting any extra rules on it. You had to buy power sources to get any powers but that was it.

I don't remember any extra rules, but Ross did okay each character concept. (To make sure they were street level and such.)

The system is pretty self restricting. To get big powers you have to shell out alot of points or you need to include alot of defects.

I formally demand that the "Heroes of New Arcadia"  Campaign Primer for Wild Talents be the next Kickstarter.
This shit needs to be made and mass produced immediately.

That is all.

I'm not even waiting for that. I stole all Ross's postings from the beginning of the thread and I'm going to run the setting myself since my players have been asking for superhero stuff.

That's what I'm going to try and do if what remains of my group ever get together again for another game.  :-\

Seriously, a kickstarter for that or even for Divine Fire would be pretty freaking awesome.
Hell, you should harass Shane Ivey and find out if they'll let you do New Arcadia as the next big setting. Wild Talents stuff thus far seems pretty cool, but the only setting that has any sort of modern feel with traditional supers is Progenitor, and I dislike the main conceit of that setting. New Arcadia seems much more open to more different styles of play while staying in a world where any sort of traditional superhero would make sense.

Yeah I haven't waited either.  Like with NW, I was using the podcast material before the PDF came out.   Although I will admit, with the Wild Talents game I've changed the time period and the bad guys to some degree.  Finally growing up into a big boy GM.

Hey Ross,

This could be me moaning about broadcast schedule but I'm going to pretend I speak for entire listening audience.  Could New Arcadia and Eclipse Phase post each month? IE WT:New Arcadia, one shot, EP: Know Evil , one shot?  Or some combination there in?  They're both bad ass games and we love to them and going for over a month without hearing them can be feel like Tommy Wuso is tearing us apart.

I plan to - last month was weird because of the audible sponsorship - I didn't want to have the audible messages on the campaigns. I'll get the next episode of New Arcadia up tomorrow.
