My daughter, who just turned 11, has just published a book! She's just finished treatment for Cancer and is donating 10% of the royalties to the Maine Children's Cancer Program. She started writing books when she was 9 1/2, mostly stories about our pets, but has also been writing a series of books about dinosaurs living with a modern family. She took them to school in the 4th grade and read them to the class. Her teacher used this to inspire other kids to write. She did all of the artwork as well.  If you have kids who like dinosaurs you may want to check it out. Soon it will be available in lots of places, but right now it's on CreateSpace and Amazon.

Her facebook page is http://www.facebook.com/ChianaDawe

My mom is the head librarian of a tiny little district library in KS. My dad runs the Facebook page for the library: https://www.facebook.com/groups/250361691681947/

You should share your story on it.   :)

I just realize that part of that message got deleted. I started out saying, "That's really cool." I have no idea what happened to the rest of it.

Just rewatched The Middleman, its basically the TV equivalent of playing delta green mixed with Wushu ran by a drunken Aaron, its sheer elegance in its simplicity.

HAY GUYS HAVE YOU SEEN THIS THING?

RPPR
It's this cool Ennie Gold Award Winning Role Playing Podcast about gaming and other interesting things.... they also have recordings of them playing games, so when you get the itch to play but can't you can listen to them game... It is pretty great.

Also, Frog Snatch.

Tom is pretty cool, but that Ross is one horrible monster. Talk about der fuhrer...

Not to be in anyway intentionally Randian, but I believe this gentleman falls underneath the "Bootstraps" category:

Someone reading 50 Shades of Grey, so you don't have to.

http://jennytrout.blogspot.com/p/jen-reads-50-shades-of-grey.html

Glorious romance, epic eroticism, exciting scenarios. All things 50 Shades of Grey is missing, but at least it has unlikeable characters arguing about food, abusive relationships, some more arguing about food...um, and some more abuse. Thats about it.

Don't want to start a new thread, so I think this is the best place to post it.
