When I was running game I started to try to stat out my Charon substitue. I got through the Stats before I realized how pointless it was. The guy was never gonna fight the PCs or even really oppose them so why have stats to try and focus on? After that I stopped stating any NPCs I didn't think would end up fighting the characters.

I only got that app during the Tribes of Tokyo campaign. I might still have the Iron Heroes character sheets here but that's it. No idea where the New Arcadia sheets are.

Listening to the most recent Heroes podcast, and the discussion of transhumanist tech in New Arcadia, it suddenly hit me. James should totally invent the cortical stack! I think it's totally within his capabilities and it would certainly change things forever.
