Creepy boarded up one fashionable hotel caught in a 70 year old legal battle? Check!
Creepy groundskeeper who continually fights against trespassers and the elements? Check!

Creepy location for a CoC one-shot? Oh, most def, check!

The music video for this song in my opinion would make an awesome Hunter or CoC one shot or even story.

I can't really think of any way to get more "awesome" into this...

I hate April Fools, always making people make up cool fake things...

I would play B.A. Baracus in a game just so I could say "I pity the fool..." every other sentence.

Even though he didn't ever really say that?  Ooh, but you could say everyone is "on the jazz."

Did anyone check out this video?  I mean, I can understand if you don't like the music, but this video has all the elements of a creepy story

meth addicts dig up indian burial sites so they can sell the artifacts for drug money http://www.riverfronttimes.com/2010-03-24/news/tweakers-n-diggers-looters-pillaging-native-american-burial-grounds-finance-meth-habits

The most interesting thing about this is the armed landowners scaring off the looters. I think that has to be the lead for a scenario based on it. Either Farmer A shoots Cultist B and then goes crazy. Or Farmer A, a known marksmen, gets killed in some unusual way by Cultist B.
