Reading Last Days of the Incas, a book about the fall of the Incan empire. Conquistadors were monsters.

That's probably it. Having skimmed it now, it has neat ideas but it seems to be basically unplayable as a game. Some of the monsters are definitely usable in other games, but I think the RPPR cast would rebel if I ran Mad Lands.

I sent the file to Dennis already. It's up to him. I think he is waiting until next month though.

We have recorded episode 4 as well and will be playing 5 tomorrow :D

are the jade things supposed to be a reference to something or just a random crazy element?

if that's base raiders, there better be an extended looting the corpses scene or stripping the copper wiring off the walls of a base scene.

Adventures in the Mad Lands sounds kind of too random to be fun? I mean, I'm sure Laws wrote an interesting book, but that bit does not sell it to me. I'll order a copy since it's cheap but I am skeptical right now, I have to admit.

Oh and you are referring to categories, not tags, which threw me off at first. I used the Delta Green category to sort games run in the Delta Green system, which is a standalone RPG and different than CoC games run in the DG setting. I do need add DG tags to God's Teeth, so thanks for reminding me.

Catching up with some older threads - very cool idea! Have you posted these games as APs?

Fate in general empowers characters too much to be effective at horror. You could do Red Markets, but it would be an economic action game, not horror.

http://pokemontabletop.com/

Some folks made a pretty comprehensive Pokemon tabletop RPG system, and with the zeitgeist created by Pokemon GO, what better way to get that sweet, sweet search engine visibility than by jumping on the bandwagon with a Pokemon campaign? There's even supplements for running Pokemon in fantasy or sci-fi settings...though I'd rather see how Ross could manage to make Pokemon more Mythos-y. Hastur as the Carcosa Gym Leader, perhaps?

If I ran a pokemon themed game, I would use Monsters and Other Childish Things or maybe Base Raiders simply out of laziness. However, I would play in a game using this system if someone eles ran it.

To be honest, I don't use video when I use hangouts to preserve more bandwidth for audio quality since that's important for us obviously.

Aside from Hangouts and Skype, I only know of OBS https://obsproject.com/ if you wanted to set up some kind of semi-homebrew solution, since it's used for streaming video but that seems overly complicated.

Ironically enough, I scheduled the RPPR meetup thread at the same time as the award ceremony so I was hanging out with RPPR fans. I don't know what they played! Oops D:

Thanks everyone! It's quite the honor though.
