When Arje stops being dead. Real world stuff probably messing with him. Or maybe he just got his cable cut. Or maybe he's ducking us. Doesn't matter.

If he's not back by the end of the long weekend let's just start without him. We can BS out way through some general character interaction and fun.

Before Arje had left I had started to talk with him about changing to a more hands on character. We have a lot of heavy artillery, but that won't work against all foes and short of using enchantments the mage types have a limited number of shots. What do the rest of you think?

I honestly don't think it matters. It looks like more of an rp game than a mechanics heavy combat D&D game.

Okay guys, it's Tuesday, the end of the long weekend, so we're going to start the pregame play session now while we wait for Arje to complete his real world complications.

What wild and crazy adventure should we jump into?

I'm thinking something starting at a city library where our stories just happen to cross over. My character would be there doing some research on a possible treasure find in the local records.

I was thinking maybe Mordred is wandering around the city, doing his hunting like he always does.

Okay, we can work from that but we need a driving story of some kind. Pick an Aspect to Compel, it makes a good start.

I want to compel "Friends under the Arch", since Peter already knows Mordred from previous adventures. Since it's a Compel it's something "negative". So, what problem is Mordred having that Peter could help with?

Hmm, could be he's on the hunt for something, but can't find it for some reason or another, it's hidden from his sight by magic or something. Since he's only immune to the physical, his mind can be manipulated, so the magic could be made so he can't see anything.

Well I've got an easy Compel into the adventure so you can kick off and let Peter slide in or I can start something and Mordred could Compel in, though I'm not sure what with. Which works better for you?

I could start off, though where... I'll have to think of it for a bit.

Arje did post that awesome list of locations in the city. Forest Park is undeniably awesome.
